- I mapped the borrowing journey and built the first prototype. A small volunteer team shaped the service and keeps it running.
- Why it mattered
- We wanted borrowing a drill to feel as easy as asking a neighbour. That meant fewer forms, clearer instructions, and room for a conversation.

- The prototype is complete. The volunteers are trying it out and telling us what needs work.

An introduction can hold more than a job title. There’s the work you care about, the people you made it with, and the things you’re still learning. We think those details deserve a place.
